Air Temp   : 80sh
comment    : buoys still going up, mid day high tide will probably cause the surf
             to back off and increasing North winds put an ugly bump on it but is also
             holding the lines open. Strong North winds seems to be keeping the faces
             open up in Cocoa Beach
