If you are using wlan-ng version 0.2.0 or later there will be a
wlancfg-DEFAULT file in your config directory (/etc/wlan).  Copy that
file to wlancfg-XXX where XXX matches the ESSID value for your network,
and then edit the file contents to supply static values.  The
wlancfg-DEFAULT file will be used if you join a network and there is no
matching config file for that network's ESSID.
