Did you notice a lot of compiler warnings in hfa384x_usb.c? The prototype to one of the kernel's
callback functions changed in 2.6.19, and I'm not sure that vanilla 0.2.7 has the fix. (Or even if
it matters...) You can grab the fix from the SVN repository.
Another thing you could try is uploading station firmware 1.7.6 instead. Personally, I've never
had good results with the 1.8.x series of firmware.
