[lwlan-devel] DWL-G650: Prism based 802.11g card

Cool! I didn't realize that Prism GT products were on the shelves yet.

As mentioned before, the Intersil 802.11g products are based on an ARM9, 
whereas the Prism 2/2.5/3 products use a custom microprocessor. The 
ISL3890 BBP/MAC chip is _very_ different from the ISL384X/ISL387X chips 
which the linux-wlan drivers are designed to work with.

So, yes - this is an Intersil chip, but no, it won't work with the 
linux-wlan drivers.
