Pulling in more fixes.  It's getting to the point where 0.2.1-final is=20
almost upon us.  :) =20

prism2_usb still doesn't like 2.5 yet, but as soon as the probe/detach=20
functions are rewritten, it should be okay.

-pre9
  - Disable TXEX reporting on USB as well as TXOK.  should improve
    stability a tad.
  - Properly initialize the prism2_cs release timer (Pavel Roskin)
  - Eliminate the CONFIG_ISA requirement for prism2_cs (Pavel Roskin)
  - netlink build fixes for 2.5.71
  - Further 2.5 USB work.  Not quite there yet.
  - Hopefully fix the 2.2.x build.
  - More USB fixes (Chris Rankin)
  - Compile fixes for < 2.4.20
